Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 7 days to process readymade items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders.

PRE-ORDER 

Pre-orders can take up to 8-10 weeks to produce and ship, as we are at the mercy of our manufacturing partners. Please be patient, as we want you to have our products just as much as you do. 

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages.
